On the 01/03/2013 my fiance and I went to the Mcdonalds in Vereeniging to get some coffee. When we got there a man asked us if we can maybe place an order for him as well as the front door was already closed and he didn't want to stand in the drive through area. When it was our time to order the person helped us promptly, but when we got to the front to pay that is where the trouble started. The cashier didn't know what to do. Then when we got to the front counter the service turned for the worst. First they gave us the wrong order, we order large colddrinks and they gave us medium. When we asked her for our order the lady behind the counter gave us ketchup. after eventually getting our order we asked for sugar and she gives us sweetener, then we asked for another straw she gives us more sugar. When we finally got what we ordered we stopped in the parking lot to put the sugar into the coffee, when I took the first sip it was the worst coffee I ever got from them. We returned the coffee just to get cold coffee, we returned it again to get half cups, then we asked them to refund us and they just gave us coffee again. So we left the coffee there and left. We paid for coffee we didn't get.
