When my girlfriend and I were waiting for our flight at the Lanseria Airport on 18/12/2012 we got ourselves some coffees from the Wiesenhof coffee shop. Firstly, no regular cappuccinos could be served for some reason which the barista failed to explain to us and only soup bowl sized cappuccinos could be ordered. We then decided to rather order two filter coffees. Even though filter coffee AND americano are both on the menu we received americanos. Not a big deal but still, there is a difference.
Now as if that isn't bad enough already my actual complaints are as follows:
1. The lady taking our order was incredibly rude;
2. The coffee was so hot that we had to wait 10 minutes before we could start sipping on it;
3. The coffee tasted absolutely disgusting!!
Your website goes on about a passion for good coffee and how you stand out, blah blah. There is certainly no passion in the coffee we had and you blend in perfectly with all the other sub-standard coffee shops around. Lastly I would like to note that this was not the first bad coffee I've had from Wiesenhof. This was the third and certainly the last time! Shame on you!
