Poor service and bad attitude

We had bought a groupon voucher to have a meal for two at Cafe Rossini at Cresta Mall. We went in today for lunch and when we got there we werent even greeted or shown to atable and had to help ourselves to any table available. I asked the waiter if we could use the voucher and he said yes but has to speak to his manager first. Then we asked for a baby seat and were told by the waiter that they dont cater for baby chair. We asked to speak to the manager about the baby chair and when asked he said that it was broken and they will order a new one.did they have 1 or not in the first place. For such a big Cafe, they should at least have more then 1 or at least cater for families with babies/toddlers. Then when we ordered drinks we were told no alholic beverages can be ordered with the voucher yet the voucher or the deal specified that you could. The waiter had to go ask his manager again after i told him that the voucher allowed the drinks except for cocktails. The entire time that we were there the 2 managers had been walking around and talking to customers but not once had they approached our table. Food was okay but attitude of management left bitter taste in mouth. Doubt id return
