Ocean Basket Edenmedows 13-01-2013 it not busy at all but table had not been cleared and waiters sitting watching tv. Waited 5 mins and we went to get own menu's, then we requested baby chair, knowing we have come to a FAMILY restaurant and would have baby chairs. The waiter brought chair and placed on table took my child from me and placed her in the chair and put a normal adult chair under the baby chair. i had a look at this chair as i could see it kept moving and the waiter states to me the chair does not hook in properly that why adult chair underneath. my child moved in the chair and with that the whole one side came right off the table. i removed my child and went to Manager (Nicky) and requested for baby chair that hooks in properly on the table he just looked at me did not ask what was wrong with prevoius one nothing. the waiter brought another chair and said this the only chair, honestly the chair was extremely dirty as if it was in storage for a year and was worn. one could see this was not in a good condition at all. Do you take Babys, Children Safely Seroiusly? The Manager even refused to give me the owners number upon requesting it now i ask you what does one do?
