The attitude of the waiter, manager and the owner Colin, was disgusting. The manager kept on telling us they were fully booked, I have photos of the empty restaurant, we never got service, had to get our own drinks, took our groupon voucher, to validate it... came back and told us, they did not have the 300g steak, they never got stock of steak and could not accomodate us. There were five couples who all had the same problem... upon calling Colin, his attitude was... Oh well>>>>>we left, had a bite to eat else where, went back to see if the situation had changed, and an ambulance pulled up, and the same useless waiter and the manager went to the ambulance, thank goodness we did not hang around, seems like tempers began to reaching boiling point. will be reporting this to Groupon.
