Good day,
yesterday i went to Wimpy in Lifestyle for the first time. We went in sat down and gave our order. After about 5 mins a rude lady came to me asking if i ordered, she then asked me what have we ordered, i told her more or less and said she must ask the waiter that is busy at a table at the back. very rudely she yeld at his asking what did we order and something in their language. all this wile the manager is standing there. after a while my daughter wanted to go outside but when i came there all the tables and chairs was already inside, so i asked why and the rude lady again said that they are closing at 6 and i must just sit inside, so i told her i cant leave my 2 year old outside alone and if she can just please help me to get a chair and table out as it was only 5:25. she just said no. so i fetched a chair myself and after a while the waiter brought a table . eventually we got our drinks only to hear that sorry they don't have ice and the milkshakes didn't even have sprinkles on - looked so rushed. disgusted i waiter for my food, when it came it was dry and the chips was dark - not nice at all. We just ate, paid amd left. Will not go there again!! Terrible service!!
