Ineffecient staff and management

I went to buy my meal and surprisingly had to wait for too long. A few people came after me and bought the same meal but they got theirs long before me. When i tried to check and request the lady who deals with collection, she just checked my order number and went on with what she was doing. I tried to ask her what is the problem but no feedback. I spoke to the sales lady she also didnt bother. I stood there not knowing who else to ask for assistance and ultimately someby else came. I asked him to call a manager and he said he can help me. Not sure if he is the manager or not cos when i asked he didnt respond. I related my frustration, he took my order number only to find that the whole time i was waiting, my meal had still not been ordered in the kitchen. I told him i have been inconvenienced and im not going to pay for that meal. After waiting for more minutes, my order came and nobody bothered to apologise. I asked to talk to him and he literally ignored me saying i got my meal n he needs to attend to other people. I insisted on talking to him but he kept ignorng me, i was refunded and i asked for their contact no, but they still ignored me. I then left and felt like a fool.
