On Saturday 11.05.2013 my family and I went to eat out at you outlet. have the receipt no: 10114, the order was placed at 22.06 and my family and I waited for 45 minutes for the meal to arrive which did not happen, prior to this the manager kept on telling me to have a seat and the meal will be brought to us but unfortunately after 45 minutes later I asked the manager how much longer must we wait and then was told that they forget to prepare the meal. Their service was terrible, I eventually very frustrated requested my money and left.
THIS TYPE OF SERVICE TO PATRONS IS DISGRACEFUL
