Ordered a cup of ice cream. On receiving it, noticed the cup was not full. On eating noticed the center was empty ie not properly twirled in the cup. People buying ice cream cones received far more than what was in the cup of ice cream I had purchased.
I had also ordered an Awesome meal for my daughter. When she asked for the can of drink that accompanied the meal, the attendant asked me for R10.00 I said NO it's part of the meal. We sat down outside to wait for the meal, the person bringing the order was SO miserable! He should be THANKFUL he has a job!!! There are thousands without work!!!
We noticed someone else was complaining about his order, but were unable to hear what he complaint was. This is not the first time I have been unhappy about service from this branch of Steers!!!
