On Sunday I took my son to Spur at Fourways and as we approached the restaurant the waitresses that were there disappeared one by one and one gentlemen (Brian) who was inside the shop came and assisted us. As we were leaving and were standing outside (my son had to put on his shoes as we were using the escalators), this white couple and a child approached the restaurant and there were met by the escalators by the two ladies who disappeared upon us approaching the restaurant and for me that was the most pathetic site ever and it's not the first time. On the 17th of March at Lone Wolf Spur, a group of waiters were outside ushering people in and we were once again ignored and a white couple behind us they approached them with smiles beaming in their faces only to find out that they are not even going to the restaurant instead coming to buy meat at the butchery there. I am tired of this treatment from these waiters and waitresses, at this time and age the colour of my skin should not be an issue and getting such crab attitude from the person I share a skin colour with is really PATHETIC!!!
