Iam very angry and to say iam embarassed is an understatement and really I am still asking myself why I like supporting a store that just me up honestly and truly, went to SG Mall yesterday nothing was available from the meal that incl a salad to the one that incl mealies there was except for their dry meat that was just not up to standard it was just too dry and didn't taste good, I callthe manage to lay a complain we talk and reach an agreement that she will compensate my meal or give me their R200 voucher I get to the store since she said if I come I must look for her or Lina I get there and look very stupid to Lina who doesn't even have an idea of what iam talking about I have to start explaining myself and get a different point of protocol, then she said they can only compensate a certain percentage I don't work for nandos and won't know how they work but to be inconvenienced like that its not on really this is rubbish
