After placing a phone order at 12h12 on 07/10/2013 at Nino's North beach I was told my order would take 5-10 minutes. I arrived at Nino's at 12H25 to collect my order and advised a staff member that i was there to collect an order. she disappeared to the kitchen and then was not seen. after waiting 5 minutes i asked another staff member to please check on my order as it should have been ready. The lady that initially saw me then came out of the kitchen to advise my order was still being prepared. I then asked to see the manager when i then found out the manager had been sitting less than 2 metres away having a meal and did not bother to resolving the matter until i went to her to ask for assistance. This is now at 12h39, nearly half an hour later. I received my meal (toasted sandwich) 2 minutes later and left.
when i arrived at the office to enjoy my sandwich i find that it is barely toasted, the bread was just greasy and warm and only 1 slice was a sandwich the other was mixed up and all over the container.
The service and standards at North beach Ninos has really dropped.
Having worked in the area for more than 2 years, colleagues and i often place order s and collect them.
