My small order took long to prepare but didn't stress about that. I waited. It was when people that ordered after me got their food before me that I decided to go and enquire at the counter. I stood at the counter and no one attended to me until I asked for attention. One lady strolled toward me and I asked her about my order. She looks at my slip and begins to pack a meal into a plastic bag; it turns out my order had been ready for a long time already and no one bothered to call my order number out. I ask her why my order was neglected she starts calling out to a griller to come and answer my question. The griller just stands there saying nothing. I then ask for the manager who tells me to wait while he has a chat with someone outside the store. After waiting in vain I go to him to tell him about this order issue and he says "is it, oh no" and then, to my shock, he carries on talking to his friend. I tell him I will contact head office about this and he says I must go right ahead before he goes right back to his chat. He is a totally useless store manager and clearly does not fear any consequence as he goes about losing customers.
