Last night on the way home, i decided to get my kids a kfc kiddies meal, so when i ordered my meal and the two kids meals, the drive thru attendant was every so happy to take my money and order, but said to me that the meal wasnt ready and i had to wait about 8 minutes which was fair enough for me. After 15 minutes of waiting for our meals the lady comes to me and says sorry we dont have the toys to go with the meal. What an issue is what just to get a refund why couldnt the first attendant tell me this in the first place so i could go somewhere else instead of just taking my money and ordering my meal. This is not my first complaint about this KFC Branch i dont know who is the manager of where the manager is but this service is absolutely disgusting that is why i will never and i will let my friends and family know never to order at this KFC Branch. Something needs to be done as the staff attitudes stink they are not willing to be friendly or help with anything.
