John Dory's... Now for the second time you messed up!!! This time on my wife's birthday... We went out for supper to JD's Walmer Park and when it came to paying we used our loyalty cards for our birthday voucher. My wife and myself each have birthdays in January so we religiously go for our meal to JD's and as mentioned before we only get 1 night a month "off" from our kids. Last night we found out that the rules changed but on your T&C's on the website it doesn't state you can only use one voucher at a time and that you have to swipe your card 4 times a year to qualify for your voucher. This not only made me feel embarrassed but AGAIN spoilt a lovely evening for us. How on earth can you change the rules and not let anyone know!!! This is a violation of my consumer rights and I seriously doubt that I will ever eat at another John Dory's in my life. WHAT NEXT!!! I will be taking this to the ombudsman and before you think of changing your website I already saved all the proof. Pathetic is the word!!!
