Meats at SINNs Restaurant are usually very good, however, today was an exception to the rule. I ordered lamb chops - medium. Unfortunately when the food arrived, I noticed the two chops where extremely fatty, with about 40% being meat, the rest fat / bone. When I took a bite, it was almost raw and very chewy. All that was eatable was the mash (quite tasty) and the marrows. On advising the waiter to inform the chef, of the poor quality of food, a replacement was not offered, but a complimentary coffee would be provided if I so desired. Well say the least I did not accept same as don't drink coffee during the day. I will be very very hesitant going back to SINN's restaurant as their food has deteriorated substantially.
