On Sunday night, 14/07 I went to Turn n Tender Bedfordview, and was incredible disappointed.
My husband and I wanted to ordered take aways, and were irritated with the service. Firstly the manager barely acknowledged us, and made us sit right by the front door in a draft, instead of inviting us to sit at the bar for a drink. It took a long time for menus to arrive.
The waiter that took our order seemed distracted and was not paying attention at all. We had to repeat the order twice for a Full portion of beef ribs.
While we were waiting for food to arrive, another waiter came to us, asking if we had ordered the starters that he was holding. We had not and were amazed at the disorganization of the staff. The final straw and the biggest issue I had was that when our food was given to us, and we took it home, we saw how small the serving was. There were 7 little ribs that were mostly bone and hardly any meat at all. This is an unacceptably small portion for the price we paid. At a restaurant of this standard; I expect much better quality and value for money. I think the restaurant is a complete rip off.
