We decided to have Debonaires pizza having not been there for some time, and was quickly reminded why we started buying from others like Mimos and Pizza Perfect.
1. The lady at the counter was more interested in serving telephone orders, so much so that the group of four behind me opted to go buy their dinner somewhere else, after my experience I think I should have done the same.
2. The same cashier then told me the pizza would be ready in 10 min, so I went did some other shopping and returned 10 min later (I placed my order at 6 pm exactly) while sitting and waiting I noticed the add on the counter " Everybody tuck in 10 min or less that is our commitment to you" so I thought great should have my pizzas soon then, NOPE did not happen. At this time people with numbers about seven orders before me stated asking for their pizzas only to be told it's still in the oven. Some people were standing around and when they clearly got frustrated with waiting found out that their pizzas were actually dumped on the hot shelve, not one staff member calling out the order numbers for completed counter orders.
So the waiting continued and I finally got my pizzas at 18:27 sertainly not in 10
