On 18/5/13 we went for lunch to Piatto at Cresta for my bday. I ordered the chicken (PERI) and lamb chops combo whch is new on their menu. I have always enjoyed piattos food although ive only eaten their steaks and seafood previously. Upon tasting the chicken i immediately sent it back due to terrible taste, I told them to replace the chicken with the calamari, which they did, then i tasted the lamb chops which was almost as terrible as the chicken, firstly i asked for medium lamb chops and it was burned, I can only assume that they burned the meat due to them being aware of the awful taste of meat. Both the chicken and meat was terrible. When we received the bill we had to pay full price for my meal even though i barely ate from it the only thing that i really ate was the calamari and some chips, when we spoke to both the managers, the first manager just listened and maybe apologised, the second manager says he will discuss with the other manager whether they could lower the bill, i told them to leave it we payed the full bill, i said to him hes the manager he should know about customer service he said he wuld make it up to us the next time haha, any other restaurant would lower the bil
