BAD SERVICE, FOOD AND MANAGEMENT

My boyfriend and I went to Cafedomancy in Brackenhurst, Alberton for lunch yesterday (17/3/2013). It took approximately 15-20 minutes to receive a drink and about half an hour for the food. When the food arrived it was cold. I had a prego roll and the steak was very fatty. My boyfriend ordered the Meat King which was supposed to have steak on it but only had bits and pieces of fat which he obviously picked off. It was also cold. We complained to the waiter who went to the manager who ignored us completely. Did not even come to our table to apologise! The food was disgusting and the service very, very slow! Do not know what to say about management? I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will be telling everyone I know of the service and treatment at this restaurant.
