Went to gateway with a few friends and wanted to sit down at a restaurant to eat. whilst standing in the palm court deciding which restaurant to go to, a waiter walked up to us from Col Cachio and said, hey why don't you try out our restaurant? and proceeded to show us their menu. So we agreed and sat down at the restaurant, the waiter was very friendly, we ordered food and it was of excellent quality, throughout the experience we had a very friendly and positive attitude from both the waiter and the restaurant manager (or manager of the waiters) not too sure which he was, as we were leaving.
without the waiter coming up to us we wouldn't have gone to the restaurant as it was behind us and we didn't notice it. i wish i remembered the waiters name, but unfortunately i cannot. but, this was a very good experience and i really commend the staff of this branch.
