Poor food quality and service

Sibaya casinos' MVG lounge has always had a connotation for poor service and disarray, especially during peak times. I have grown to accept 'you get what you pay for' since this lounge offers complimentary beverages for gold and platinum card holders. I would rather pay or take some sort of discount as a trade off for a better non crowded ambience. Someone needs to factor in the volume of guests and complimentary vouchers issued to the seating capacity.
To compound the disorder and add to the list of mess ups half the lounge has been now turned into a dining only area offering an ''Eastern delights'' theme and cheap menu. I decided to give it a try and was shocked to find that the lamb curry which I ordered was actually a lamb bone curry with a few shards of lamb thrown in for flavour. The food actually tasted like it was taken from the A2A buffet restaurant which I frequent. So it seems that the leftovers from the buffet are being sold here at the Eastern Delights restaurant. Good business tactic but absolutely shocking to me as a frequent guest. Once again you get what you pay for... Cheap food equals leftovers from the buffet.
