Nthabi needs a thorough CUSTOMER SERVICE training or needs to go & work as a hawker somewhere in the streets. Her attitude is so bad that every time I think of it I get goose bumps, I went there & asked for a Kiddies meal & she asked me which one, then asked what kinds do u have. This is where she got furious with me, she pointed the door & told me to go check the menue & told her I can't see anything but the door. I said to her as somebody who works here surely u know the menue won't you assist me by telling me what the kiddies meals are so that its easier for me than to leave my spot & come back wherever you pointing I'll have to wait for you to finish assisting someone whom I've been here before. She looked at me & gave a scary look, she left to the back. I waited almost 5min & when she came back she insisted on taking someone behind me & told me I'll have to let her know when am ready to order, she said this angrily & shouting. Another bad service there was no manager who came to try & assist now this tells me its KFC culture to treat customers with a stinky attitude, guess what I had to leave that queue & join the next one because I didn't have the whole day unfortunately.
