On friday evening, I called to place an order with nandos for delivery. I've ordered a full pack meal and a festive meal and 2 kiddies meals with a 2lt of coke the bill was around R380, the food arrives at 20:40pm with the delivery guy driving a green polo... Firstly the guy came inside straight to my dinning room table and put the brown nandos paper bag there& kiddies meals, he said I'll bring the rest now from the car! he didn't greet me, he didn't have my order in a delivery bag like other fast food outlets. I stood at the table I opened the kiddies meal to give my 1year 5month old son there was a big cockroach eating the chips ..I was absolutely shocked and I told he guy please take this whole order back to your manager, the delivery guy argued with me and said it was ONLY in the kiddies meal I'll get you another one... when I asked what's is his managers name he refused to tell me and took the order and walked out. I had to then call in and find out the manager who was sally tried to assist mein the problem, but I've had no joy out of this, nobody called to follow up, everything has been swept under the carpet... No one to date has even called to find out if my problem has been resolved!
