Placed an order for 2 kiddies meals tonight, waited at the counter for my meals and counted that the staff served 16 customers before they told me that I need to wait an additional 2 minutes for chicken nugges and when I confronted the supervisor she first walked away and spoke in her colleague under her breathe about.
I told the supervisor if she has something to say she could say it to my face.
So after waiting 15 minutes for my kiddies meals you don't even get an apology.
