I purchased 2 quarter chickens and asked for extra sauce on both of them, when I sat down they looked as if it was no sauce at all so when the waiter came I asked her for sauce for both chickens. After a while she brought the sauce in a bowl which was enough for one so I asked her for more for the other chicken, in which she called the manager. The manager on shift came as if he was ready to fight storming towards my table I explained to him the situation he then raises his voice and starts speaking to me attracting attention to other customers eating and humiliating me in public. Furious at him I asked him if he wants to take the sauce back which he replied yes and took it away after I had already used some of it. I then told him he can leave as I want to eat in peace. On his way out of the eating area he goes to another table to address them about an issue but with a smile on his face he sits down and talks to them calmly. After my meal I went to those customers and asked what was the problem they replied that the managers didn't like something and addressed them about it.
It clearly shows the bad attitude and the way they treat customers. The service is really pathetic!!!
