Myself and my 3 sons went to Ashleys "Family"restaurant now and I am so furious at the Managers treatment and rudeness. There is a VERY SMALL kiddies games section with a few games and kiddies chairs. My 4 year old plays some games and we are sitting close by. On his return he goes for a heck of a fall off the step which is to and from the kiddies section, he falls flat on his face, his nose and forehead grazed open and bleeding. I asked for the Manager, told him what happened... his next statement... its child friendly! Was he running and jumping??? not even an apology!!! My son is crying on my lap and this man is so nonchalant. I asked him where my son could run and jump there? There is barely place for the chairs what about running and jumping? Our sodas arrived during this time, I said you know what"your service and attitude stinks, I was leaving" He then has the ordacity to tell me he will get my bill ready"shouting this after me while im walking out and that he was gonna call the police!!! That is when I told him to "Fk off"
I will never go back to ashleys as it was the worst service, attitude, horrendous experience ever that I have had. Ashley please sort this guy
