Yesterday I went to KFC Bothasig and ordered 2 x streetwise 2 and 1 kiddies meal with no garnish or sauce. I was asked whether I wanted a liquifruit or a can cooldrink. I asked for a can. She then asked if the kiddies meal was all I wanted. I then reminded her about the 2 streetwise 2's. 'Ohh' she replied. When I received my order I checked it and there was a liquifruit and NOT a can drink. I then told her to change it and asked where the toy was. She just changed the drink and no toy. No apology either. I have purchased kiddies meals at Bothasig on several occasions and have yet to receive a toy from them. ALWAYS out of stock??? Where do the toys go??? This is not the first time I have experienced such indifference from the staff at Bothasig but I can assure you that it was the last. I will never return there.
