The service from the Hillfox outlet is pathetic and has been for years. Unfortunately for me this is the closest outlet to where I stay. The last straw for me was when I purchased a grilled foldover 2 weeks ago. The waiter asked me to wait in the car and he will bring the order to me. I waited 10 minutes for the order and when I got home I had a grilled folder with no chicken inside, so I paid R30 for nothing. WAKE UP MCDONALDS HILLFOX..
