Yesterday I went to McDonalds Promenade, Mitchell's Plain I ordered 2 grilled chicken folders and 1 grlld chicken folder. I suddenly changed my mind and ordered a meal instead of chicken folder, the crew member was very angry and told me that that refund will be deducted to her, I asked why because I am still buying and I'm just adding more. The other 1 interfered and she told me it can't be done that's where an argument started. I called the manager who also took time to intervene.
