I took my kids to Hillfox as they enjoy this restuarant. I paid with my cheque card and it declined and I gave my debit card and it also declined. I checked my phone though and found 4 x debits of R164.00 EACH HAS GONE THROUGH MY ACCOUNT. AT THIS POINT WE HAVE WAITED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR ALREADY AND I DIDNT GET MY FOOD NOR MY MONEY BACK! I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND LEFT. I RETURNED AND THE MANAGER ON DUTY PROMISED ME THAT THE OWNER WILL CONTAT ME THE NEXT DAY AND IT MONDAY ALMOST 12PM AND NOONE HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME ABOUT MY R664.00!
