On 13 March 2013 my husband and I had dinner at John Dory's Bluff. For the past year we have been going to the same John Dory's every second week. We are familiar with the staff as well as the managers. The fish had full bones and we brought this to the managers attention who informed us in a laughing manner that all their fish is bought in bulk from head office and they do not choose what fish is bought not even rectifying the situation. So we were forced to continue eating the unpleasant meal. When we were done we presented our double deal card but the waiter said she has to verify with the manager if they accept it. Then the most rudest women who was saaid to be the manager comes to our table and loudly explains they as of 3 days ago" Monday" they no longer except the cards without making a booking first with the call center. We were never informed of this. Considering we are regular loyal customers. She then waves the card around in the air and shows that it does not have a logo which she is looking for.
