We went to Emperor's Col'cacchio last night for dinner. The restaurant was basically empty with it being Sunday. Great, fewer customers better service, or so we thought. We had to keep on looking for our waitress Lindiwe (in an almost empty restaurant). Surely if you are serving a table in a near empty restaurant, you would devote your attention to the said table and show some interest? Not here, seems the quicker we get to stand outside chatting and laughing the better. As for the food, the lettuce in my salad was limp and the butternut was raw. This is my second complaint about this branch and it seems there has been very little improvement. We definitely wont be going back.
