I had received not so great service and complained about this. The owner responded speedily and made an attempt to understand what happened and to remedy the situation. Her response confirmed to me that this is an establishment that values customer service. My family and I have been loyal customers for over 2 years, we remain loyal customers and would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
