Further to my report titled: "Emperor's - non existent service" on 8 January 2013, followed by a late response from Craig (Head Office) only on 28 March 2013, surprisingly Emperor's Col'cacchio have not bothered getting in touch with me. As the saying goes "it rots from the top down" - in this case the total apathy and lack of interest or care is very prevalent in this restaurant. How they have actually lasted this long without going bang, at Emperors, is totally beyond me. Should take the franchise away and give it to someone who knows how to work in the restaurant and service industries.
