I wasnt planning on writing anything, but i feel like i should.
We were visiting in Mossel Bay, as we do 4 times and year. Every year we end up going to Delfino's or Kingfisher. Disappointed everytime. Nov 2012 we went there around 16:30 sat down outside, ordered drinks and food and waited... and waited. Eventually went inside to sit where there was an empty restaurant (probably round 3-4 tables), our previous waitor gave our table to another waitor (without saying goodbye). Both waitors informed us that we have to leave our table in 20min as this table is booked. We told them, we will eat en leave, no problem at all. Then another waitor came: "listen you have to leave now." Getting angry we said the quicker they bring our food the quicker we leave. (Still empty restaurant can I add) Then came the useless manageress, walking to our table quite angrily saying that we have to leave our table in 10min. (Still havent received our food and restaurant empty) We ended leaving, feeling chased away from an empty restaurant
The problem is that if you go to Delfino's or Kingfisher, you never get the proper service you expect. Ever. Ask everyone who knows the place. Please do something!
