I purchased KFC on the 20 Jan. Paid by debit card. According to KFC it was declined but it had gone thru my account. Gave them proof of the transaction and a copy of my bank statement. To this day I am still waiting for an apology and my money back. It was embarrasing as KFC was busy. The amount is R111.90. It is the principle behind it. I wonder how many times it happens and the consumer does not pick it up
