I have a complaint about the breakfast service I received yesterday (03/03/13).
I did not stay at the hotel but I decided to try out the food at the Royal Court Grill.
Here is a list of the bad of service we received, as I know someone will contact me:
1. When seated, my partner and I were only given one menu
2. We ordered of the menu which took extremely long to come. The manager did apologize but I still thought it was unacceptable.
3. The toast that we ordered was given to another table in error, which I feel should have not happen.
4. I had to ask the waiter for butter. She brought the toast with no butter.
5. We were asked in the middle of our breakfast if we were done with our sauces.
6. My partner ordered the Sibaya breakfast with no grilled banana. When the breakfast arrived there was banana in his plate.
I just feel an up market restaurant like this, should have extra menu's, be able to handle busy periods and have enough sauces for each table.
