Unsatisfactory Customer Service

After a long day at work I decided to visit Nandos to get take aways for my family. It was about to rain so I decided to order over the phone and pick up the order. Got to Nandos 20 min after my call then had to wait another 20 min for them to fish my order. I had asked for a salad, chicken strips and rice, and a kids chicken and drum stick meal with a juice. Finally my order came and I asked that I be given a big paper bag, as I've always done, so I can fit everything in. I was told that I cannot have a big bag that is only for certain meals. Mind you each meal I ordered was packed in it's own small packet. Now, I have my bag, umbrella and three other packets to carry home. Spoke to the supervisor and manager and to my dismay both of them refused. I squashed my meals, kids toy and juice in my bag, held the kiddies meal with one hand and my umbrella with my other hand and went on my way. I have never felt so small after I paid money for the service. I think now I exactly know where to go for next meal and it will not be Random Saveways!
