We came to spur for breakfast. 1st thing we ordered was coffee and then breakfast. 1st thing they brought was toast. I then asked for our coffee and she said it will be here in 2 mins. 15 mins later came back with no coffee and I asked for it again. I also mentioned our toast is cold since its been standing here for 15mins. She took the toast away and came back 10 minutes later with breakfast and no toast. Again I asked for coffee and it did not come. I then requested water so long which did not come either. Breakfast is already done with no coffee or water. Totally service. As I get up to leave coffee comes with the bill. So I stay to finish coffee. I then ask for a refill and the waitress proceeds to tell me I will have to pay for it. I then tell her that I ordered a bottomless coffee and she responds telling me that she already rang up the bottomless and I paid for it, so this will have to be ordered as a new coffee. I am disgusted at the service and will much rather drive to another spur than to come back to kenilworth branch which is 2 minutes away from my home
