On Friday morning my partner and I headed over to Topeka Spur in Kenilworth Centre for breakfast. I unfortunately cannot remember the waiters name for sure but I think it was possibly something like "Brendon".
The service was just outstanding. Our coffee was there in no time and before we barely even drank on our coffee our breakfast and hot toast arrived at the table. The waiter was friendly and spoke professionally at all times.
I had been at this spur about a week before this for breakfast and the service was extremely slow but the waitress at that time mentioned to us before hand that food would take long but then in addition to that our coffee was cold and toast got to the table long after our breakfast was finish. Glad to see this wasn't the case when I was there on Friday.
Then also I posted a comment about the kids crayons being in a terrible state at the same spur and I was contacted by the owner of the spur and he apologized etc. I was at the spur with my son not too long ago and had wonderful crayons brought to the table without the owner knowing that I was the person who had complained before.
Wonderful improvement and great service overall. Well done!
