Bad service by Owners
My family and I were at Tasreeqah's last night (2 March 2013 @ 20h00 )to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We made a telephonic booking and was welcomed by Lindy (waitress) when we arrived. After our meal was served (which took a while as we know pot-pies - we ordered two - normally take approx 30 minutes to prepare) we complained that the chicken pot-pie tasted sour and the waitress (Lindy) apologised. We asked for a chicken lasagne as a take-away meal. When we left we saw that our receipt/billing was wrong (we were charged for a meal that cost more than the takeaway meal we requested. What we found very disappointing is that the owners (both husband & wife) were present but not one of them had the courtesy to apologise in person - the waitress had to do this. The wife assisted Lindy in correcting the bill but did'nt bother to apologise to us . We (as well as our family and friends) frequented Tashreeqas for the past 8-10 years -even before the current owners took over. We celebrated many occassions there in the past and it is very disappointing that this happened last night. It would be a good thing if the owners take time and interest in their customers' complaints when present
