Last night we went to celebrate my birthday with the family. We waited 15 minutes to be served then another 15 minutes to have our orders taken. 30 minutes later our meals arrived. My husband and daughters boyfriend had oxtail - ice cold! I had a rump steak (burnt) & baked potato - ice cold. My daughter had the calamari and this was nicely cooked. We looked for our waitress or manager and they were not to be seen. So we tried to eat our meal. Eventually a waiter walked passed & we asked him to call the manager for us and he appeared to ask what the problem was (We know for a fact he wasn't the manager as we have had problems before) he asked if my husband would like something else but he was to hungry to have to wait for something else. After complaining they told us just to pay for our drinks and the meals were deducted off the bill. We asked to see the manager again and after waiting for quite awhile and he didn't appear we left. Take away never tasted better down the road!! Pinetown is not very big and making one customer unhappy has a downside when they talk to friends and family. We don't recommend eating at this establishment
