I've just left this branch without even finishing my meal. Firstly, the teller was unpleasant and unco-operative. Upon asking to speak with a manager, I encountered two just as unhelpful as the teller. I had decided to overlook this and sit with my family while we waited for the meal. When the waitress had arrived with our meal (one very small chicken, minimal chips, salad, rolls and a coke) my wife asked if they have some crayons and a page to keep my little daughter occupied, to which the waitress gave an abrupt NO! And skulked off. So I still left that... A bit after, I requested the lemon cheesecake which I had ordered. This arrived to me frozen solid, when I asked the manager present about it I was given a "nothing I can do" response and replaced with another frozen cheesecake. Having had enough, I requested the store owner's number which I was denied. At that point I left the branch.
