On 1 November 2013 13:58, me and colleagues (3 of us) went for lunch and orders were as follows:
o Quarter chicken meal- leg-lemon and herb flavour
o Quarter chicken meal- leg-Tangy tomato flavour
o And Quarter chicken meal- leg-Mild
The chicken was off and we called a waitress, she did confirm that she can even "see" that it is off, she have even tasted the chicken and confirmed it.
She called the Manager by the name of Lebogang kupa, he came with an attitude and told us that in his shop he can't accept rotten chicken delivered, and he was puzzled why is only us that complains about the chicken. He didn't even apologise about us having the rotten chicken, instead he said we should order something else instead of chicken, what there again in Nandos?? Beef? He was very rude and didn't even have the nerve of asking us to place an order again. We asked for the bill and paid for our cooldrinks.
I think we really deserves an apology and that was the last time we step our feet there.
