So its Sunday night, and after catching an early evening movie, we decide we want to grab some KFC Sprinkle pops quickly before heading home.
There are two people working the counter, but the service is unbelievably slow. When we join the queue, we are about 3rd in line and after waiting about 20min, we get to the front of the queue, where we have to wait another 10min, which is when we decide to rather go get Chicken Licken
I know that it was Sunday evening, and you are probably working with less staff than usual, but then your staff need to be better trained in the skill of moving faster than a snail?
Please guys, i love KFC, but if i have to wait 30min for some pops, its just not worth it.
