We ordered food and cocktails. Waiter took order... 45 minutes later, no food, no drinks... after we inquired few times... we finally asked for manager.. still did not get any food or drinks... now an hour later... the cocktails finally arrived... waiter forgot to give the order to the kitchen. The cocktails were quite disgusting... but did not want to make further scene and drank them. Then, only my food arrived and none of the other guest's food orders... I realised that the waiter obviously forgot the rest of the table's order. We waited another half hour for our food... they got the order wrong of the items we wanted. Manager was apologetic, but found that she just went through motions... offered kids drinks on house... but damage was done... our night was ruined... second bad experience at this restaurant... will never recommend it or go back to it again. We had two waiters served us with no clue what they were doing and a manager..seemingly used to complaints that just wanted to keep us quiet and move on. Bad service... bad cocktails... bad management...
