On arrival I asked a waiter for a table for two, he asked whether we would like to sit inside or outside and I responded that we would like to sit outside. After that he didn't make any effort to help us. We found our own table and sat waiting for menus. Eventually another waiter brought us menus and we ordered lunch. After sometime we noticed the first waiter we encountered walking around with our food, he then returned to the kitchen with the food and only brought it to our table a little while later. He asked us if we needed sauces and we asked for tomato sauce. He then walked to the entrance and stood doing nothing, without bringing us what we requested. My boyfriend took a bite of his sandwich and realised the chicken breast was raw. I called the manager and sent the meal back. When he returned with another meal, it wasn't the same as what was originally ordered. After all this we still had to wait a while for the bill and weren't even offered a discount or anything for the bad experience. I believe that this is extremely bad for a restaurant that has just opened and is still trying to build a reputation. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!
