So my partner and I arrived at The Bungalow with the intention of having dinner. We arrived and it took a short while to find seating, we asked that we be seated outside for smoking purposes..few minutes later decided that its too cold outside and requested that we find a table inside... My partner spoke with one of the waiters and finally established that one of the other tables were about to be free so we waited until they left, in our time of waiting for our drinks in the cold, a mouse sprinted across the deck towards our table and then back under through our neighbours feet. We left it at that and continued to wait for our table that was already free'd up and set... 20 minutes later when the waiter arrived back at our table we asked for the bill for our drinks that a whole other waited had brought us... he then looked all confused and we insisted we are not staying... we want the bill.1:Waited a lifetime for our drinks.2:Waited for our table which was ready but appears the waiter forgot we were waiting. Disgusting service completely!!! My first time there and I was genuinely DISSAPOINTED beyond measure! We arrived with the intention of having drinks and dinner, instead drove away
