Late, wrong and no food

1) We had a booking, but the restaurant misplaced it.
2) We arrived at 18:15 to eat before the Eddie Izzard show at 20:00. The restaurant was half full, no stress, no panic.
3) We advised the waiter (James) that we want to be done by 19:45
4) We ordered drinks, starters and mains at the same time, by about 18:30
5) All drinks except Margeritha arrived - the Margeritha only arrived 15 mins later.
6) Starters arrived at about 18:45
7) Non Seafood mains arrived at 19:00
8) Some of (and incorrect) sushi orders arrive at 19:15
9) 2 platters never arrived, but appeasements of 2 small plates of belt-sushi
10) 19:30 we had enough and left.

In essence: starters okay, mains for some people at different times (only 2 people out of 8 were eating at the same time), some mains never arrived (2 people went to the show hungry).
No communication from a manager. No indication of where our other orders are. No apologies.

I paid R844 (no tip). I'll write off that amount as "learning experience". I will advise everyone I know to not go to that CTFM.
